Why 7:33 isn't 7.33
Minutes are sixtieths of an hour, so 33 minutes is 33 ÷ 60 = 0.55 hours. Entering 7.33 under-reports that shift by 13 minutes. Across a quarter of agency shifts, that adds up.
PBJ hours allow up to 2 decimals. Report the hours actually worked, after meal breaks, as your policy and the PBJ Policy Manual describe.
