Drop a file, sync the roster
Your HR or EHR system already exports the lists ArrivSure needs. Push them to your SFTP folder and the feed reconciles the roster for you — adding, updating, and retiring records — with a full-file safety valve that refuses a suspiciously truncated upload before it can wipe out your list.
Accounts that manage themselves
Portal Access Rules turn a job title into a role: “charge nurses become facility admins at their location.” New hires get an account and a welcome email after the feed runs; existing users are linked without disturbing their permissions. And the security win — when someone drops off the roster, the account ArrivSure created is deactivated automatically.
Secure by construction
Physical tenant isolation
Every company is chrooted to its own directory. Identity always comes from the SFTP account, never from what a file claims — so one tenant can never reach another's data.
Locked-down access
Create accounts with a password shown exactly once, rotate or disable them anytime, add SSH keys, and restrict logins to an IP allowlist.
Feed history & errors
Every run is recorded with a row-level error report, so a bad column or a rejected record is something you can see and fix — not a silent failure.
PHI-safe patient feed
The patient roster upserts your Patient Tracker by MRN with per-facility discharge and 7-day raw-file retention. Result emails are counts only — no PHI ever leaves the portal.
Deprovisioning by default
Offboarding is the step everyone forgets. Accounts provisioned from a feed are deactivated automatically the moment the employee is no longer in it.
Documents stay current too
The same automation keeps compliance honest: a nightly task expires signatures past their renewal window and deactivates documents on their end date.
