Drop a file, sync the roster
Send the file to your SFTP folder and ArrivSure adds, updates, and retires records for you. Every run is recorded with a row-level error report, so a bad column is something you can see and fix. If a file looks cut short, we skip the removals instead of wiping out your list.

Accounts that manage themselves
Map a job title to a role: every charge nurse becomes a receptionist at their own building, every administrator a facility admin. New hires get an account and a welcome email after the next feed. When someone drops off the HR file, the account the feed gave them is turned off on the next run.

Patient lists that stay current, carefully
Patients are matched by MRN and discharged per building, so your census stays right without anyone retyping it. When a run needs attention, the email carries counts, never patient details. Patient files are deleted after 7 days by default.

Your own feed folder
Each company gets its own SFTP directory. Which company a file belongs to comes from the login that sent it, never from the file.
Locked-down access
The password is shown exactly once. Rotate or disable it anytime, and add an SSH key and an IP allowlist.

Map the location codes in your files to the right building.

Feeds use the same field mapping as a manual CSV upload, so there’s one setup to learn.
Existing users stay as they are
People who already have a login are linked to their record without their roles changing.
