Credentialing & Screening

Track the requirements. Check them at arrival.

Vendors, contract providers, and contractors often carry paperwork that expires. ArrivSure tracks it, supports exclusion and registry screening, and applies configured workflow rules at check-in.

Credential tracking

The credential binder, retired

Define what each visitor category should submit—a COI for contractors or an immunization record for clinical vendors—and keep its recorded status visible. Vendors can upload documents, while authorized staff review the submission and decide what it means under facility policy.

Certificates of insurance, immunizations, background checks, and licenses — tracked per vendor category
Expiration dates with grace windows you control
A staff queue to review, accept, or return uploaded documents
Vendor organizations with COI roll-up across all their people
Vendors upload their own documents through the self-service portal — before they arrive
Expiring-credential alerts plus a weekly digest of what needs attention
Automated monthly sweeps of the OIG exclusion list (LEIE)
SAM.gov federal exclusion checks, where enabled
NPI detail matching against CMS/NPPES registry records

Exclusion screening

Scheduled exclusion and registry screening

For healthcare facilities, ArrivSure can screen credentialed visitors against OIG and, where enabled, SAM.gov exclusion data. NPI checks compare submitted details with CMS/NPPES registry records; a match does not authenticate the person or validate licensure. Screening depends on source data and configured matching, so authorized staff must resolve possible matches and make eligibility decisions under policy.

Policy, supported

From tracking to the front door

Applied in the kiosk workflow

Choose your mode per facility: track, warn staff, or pause a check-in with an unresolved configured requirement for authorized review. A kiosk pause does not unlock, lock, or deny physical entry; reviewed overrides are recorded.

Compliance in your pocket

Review submitted documents and recorded credential status, and manage authorized overrides from the Companion app.

AI-assisted uploads

When a vendor uploads a document, ArrivSure AI pre-fills the credential type, dates, and details. Staff confirm instead of transcribing.

Every visitor type

Not just vendors — providers, contractors, volunteers, or any of the visitor categories you use can carry its own credential requirements.

Expiration visibility

Configured alerts can surface approaching credential dates, and a weekly digest rolls up records that need attention across facilities.

Supported by activity history

Supported verification, rejection, screening, and override events are available to authorized staff for review.
