ArrivSure is a Florida software company that builds visitor check-in for senior living and skilled nursing.

ArrivSure started after seeing how assisted living communities were handling visitors: a clipboard at the door, a receptionist trying to remember who was still in the building, and no record when a family, a surveyor, or a fire drill needed one.

So we built the front door we wished those buildings had. Families, agency staff, and vendors check themselves in on an iPad. The right person hears about it on their phone. Provider visits turn into PBJ hours, and every visit ends with a private survey and an honest invitation to leave a review.

We build ArrivSure alongside the teams that use it every day, and we publish our price: $249 per location per month, with every feature included. When you call, you reach the people who build the product.
