Every agency, therapy, and physician visit becomes a draft PBJ work entry with the CMS job code, NPI, and pay type. Providers sign off at the kiosk or by a one-time link, pre-export checks catch missing sign-offs and days over the cap, and you download the XML for iQIES. Their credentials get a monthly OIG exclusion check and an NPPES match, and the kiosk can warn or block when something is missing.
Families answer a short survey at the kiosk when they check out. A low score, a flagged keyword, or a “no” alerts the right manager by text, email, or push. Then every visitor gets the same invitation to review you on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or Trustpilot, and families can thank a staff member by name. We didn’t find visitor surveys or review invitations on FacilityOS’s public pages or help center.
The ArrivSure Companion iPhone app shows who’s on site, pushes watch-list and VIP alerts, and lets staff check visitors out, approve pre-registrations, and reply to family messages from the lock screen. PBJ hours, census, rounds, surveys, and deliveries are in the same app, with home-screen widgets and Face ID lock.
