Check-in only
A clean, self-service station for digital check-in without a printed badge.
- Current-generation iPad
- Exact-fit counter, wall, or floor stand
- Continuous power and reliable Wi-Fi
Customers currently purchase and own compatible hardware separately. Use this guide to assemble the setup, then let ArrivSure review your iPad, stand, optional license-positioning aid, printer, connection method, and badge stock as one complete system before you order.
Optional ArrivSure hardware kits are planned but are not currently available for purchase. Contents, timing, pricing, shipping, and support terms have not been finalized.
The simplest way to avoid a mismatched purchase is to decide whether you need digital check-in only, printed badges, or a more secured installation.
A clean, self-service station for digital check-in without a printed badge.
The most common lobby setup when staff want an immediately visible visitor badge.
A more permanent station for open lobbies, higher traffic, or limited counter space.
ArrivSure Kiosk requires iPadOS 26.0 or later. For a new station, the current base-model Wi-Fi iPad is the most straightforward choice; the exact enclosure still needs to match the device. Both orientations are supported, with landscape as the preferred starting point for most installations.
These are Apple's current iPad families as of the review date. Meeting the OS requirement does not mean every stand, printer, and network combination has been tested together.

Bosstab's model-specific Elite line covers lockable countertop, wall, and floor installations, while its Touch line offers a minimalist adhesive-mounted path. The other manufacturer options may fit different mounting or printer needs. Every choice is still a physical-fit decision—not a claim that each variant is certified or tested by ArrivSure.

A model-specific holder can make placement easier and more repeatable; it does not add a separate scanner or identity-verification system.
Bosstab · Elite-family positioning bundle
A rear-mounted metal holder positions a license in view of the iPad's rear camera for more repeatable placement. It is a physical alignment aid, not an electronic reader.

Before rollout, confirm the visitor-facing notice and any required consent, who can access the data, retention and deletion settings, session clearing between visitors, and a no-capture or manual path where policy allows. The printer's physical capabilities, the ArrivSure connection method, and the badge-template fit are separate checks. Do not treat “Brother QL” as universal compatibility.

Separating software support from third-party purchasing keeps expectations straightforward today and gives ArrivSure room to introduce its own kits later.
Our goal is a convenient, preconfigured purchase path in the future, potentially including optional license-positioning hardware where the workflow calls for it. Kit contents, pricing, availability, fulfillment, returns, and warranty terms are not yet final. Until that program launches, use the manufacturer links above and let us review the complete setup before you order.

Possibly. The ArrivSure Kiosk app currently requires iPadOS 26.0 or later. We will also confirm the exact iPad model, camera access, stand fit, power, and intended workflow before you rely on an existing device.
ArrivSure supports landscape and portrait. For most new kiosk setups, start with landscape when the stand, camera access, available space, and any accessories allow it. Portrait remains supported when it better fits the counter, wall, or floor placement. Choose and test the installed orientation before ordering or mounting the stand and accessories.
Customers currently purchase and own compatible hardware separately. Optional ArrivSure hardware kits are planned but are not currently available for purchase. No timing, contents, or pricing have been finalized.
Do not assume that every Brother QL model is compatible. ArrivSure currently recommends the QL-820NWB and QL-820NWBc after the exact connection method and badge setup are confirmed.
It depends on the approved badge design. Badge size affects text, photo, QR-code placement, and cutting behavior. ArrivSure will confirm the roll for your selected template before you order in volume.
No certification or manufacturer partnership is implied. They are practical options to consider based on manufacturer-stated fit. Confirm the exact enclosure variant and iPad model before purchasing.
No separate electronic reader is required for ArrivSure's current iPad-camera workflow. A configured check-in can capture the front and back of a supported U.S. or Canadian driver's license and extract available PDF417/AAMVA barcode fields for authorized staff review. A physical holder can make placement more repeatable, but it does not authenticate the license, verify identity, perform age verification, or make an entry decision.
No. The Elite ID Holder & Camera Cutout Bundle belongs to Bosstab's Elite family and must match the exact Elite tablet holder and iPad; the selected bundle includes the model-specific rear-camera cutout. It is not an add-on for the Bosstab Touch line or other manufacturers' stands. Confirm the entire stand, tablet holder, bundle variant, iPad, and orientation before ordering.
