Overview & pricing
What is ArrivSure?
Visitor management built for senior living and skilled nursing. Visitors check in on an iPad kiosk, get a badge, and the right staff member is alerted on their phone. Every visit lands in a searchable log, with surveys, Google review invites, credentialing, and PBJ tools on the same platform.
Who is ArrivSure designed for?
Senior living and skilled nursing operators: administrators, DONs, and regional teams who need to know who is in the building. Hospitals, residential care, schools, and workplaces use it too.
How much does ArrivSure cost?
Software Only is $249 per location per month for the complete platform on an iPad you supply. It's month to month, and annual agreements are available. Managed Kiosk adds a configured iPad, secure stand, and Brother badge printer: $299 on 36 months, $319 on 24 months, $349 on 12 months per location per month for the 11-inch kiosk. No per-user or per-check-in fees.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Software Only is $249 per location per month, month to month, with annual agreements available. Managed Kiosk runs on a 12-, 24-, or 36-month agreement, from $299 per location per month on 36 months. Running 10 or more locations? Ask us about rollout pricing.
What is ArrivSure Managed Kiosk?
Our turnkey option. You get the complete platform plus an ArrivSure-owned Apple iPad, secure commercial stand, Brother QL-820NWB badge printer, ten starter rolls of badges, remote device management, setup before it ships, remote support, and replacement for covered equipment failures. From $299 per location per month on a 36-month agreement.
How long does setup take?
We set up your facilities, visit purposes, screening questions, documents, badge layout, and alert rules with you, then train your team remotely. Managed kiosks arrive configured, so your team places them, plugs them in, and starts checking visitors in. Remote onboarding and training are included.
Can I manage multiple facilities from one account?
Yes. ArrivSure is built for multi-facility operators. See every location from one account, with per-facility check-in fields, screening questions, visit purposes, alert rules, documents, and branding.
Hardware & check-in
What hardware do I need?
Either let us ship a Managed Kiosk, or use your own current iPad running iPadOS 26 or later, with landscape preferred for most new installations (portrait supported). Add a stand that fits that exact iPad and, for printed badges, a Brother QL-820NWB or QL-820NWBc. Our hardware guide lists stands, printers, and label rolls, and we'll check your list before you buy.
How does badge printing work?
The iPad kiosk app prints to a Brother QL-820NWB or QL-820NWBc over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Badges can show the visitor's name, photo, host, purpose, time, and a QR code. Recurring visitors can add a pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Can the kiosk scan a driver's license?
Yes, if you turn it on. The iPad camera captures the front and back of a U.S. or Canadian driver's license and reads its barcode: license number, issuing state or province, expiration, date of birth, and address. Staff can review it afterward. The capture does not authenticate the document, verify identity, perform age verification, or use facial recognition.
Can visitors check in in another language?
Yes. The kiosk speaks 12 languages: English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Korean, Vietnamese, Arabic, Russian, and Japanese. Visitors can switch languages at any point during check-in.
How do recurring visitor profiles work?
Staff create profiles for frequent visitors: family members, vendors, contractors, and healthcare providers. Profiles can track background checks with expiration dates, VIP, watch-list, or ban status with alert priorities, and default visit settings. Repeat visitors check in faster with a badge number, phone number, or QR code.
Can I customize the kiosk idle screen?
Yes. Each facility sets its own idle screen with its logo, welcome message, background colors, and a live clock, plus a touch-to-start prompt.
Can visitors see facility information on the kiosk?
Yes. The kiosk welcome screen shows your facility's contact info, hours, services, amenities, policies, and staff bios in tabs. You can also add QR code tabs for Wi-Fi, your website, or any link.
Staff operations & safety
Is there a mobile app for staff?
Yes. The ArrivSure Companion app for iPhone shows staff who is on-site, sends push alerts for the check-ins they care about, and includes secure team messaging, mass alerts, reports, and surveys. Staff can check a visitor out, approve or deny a pre-registration, or reply to a message right from the lock screen. It's included in every plan and on the App Store.
Do you support emergency features?
Yes. One tap opens an evacuation roster of everyone checked in, and it prints on any printer. Staff groups get emergency alerts by email, text, and Companion push, and overdue-return alerts are available too. The roster is only as complete as your check-ins and checkouts, so make sign-out part of the routine.
Does ArrivSure unlock doors or grant physical access?
No. ArrivSure runs check-in, screening, badges, records, and staff alerts. Your doors and locks stay under your control; a door integration can be scoped separately.
Visitor engagement
What review platforms do you support?
After checkout, ArrivSure invites visitors to review you on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or Trustpilot by email (the default) or text. Every visitor gets the invite, whatever their survey score, so there's no review gating. ArrivSure tracks your Google and Yelp ratings, and private surveys and concern alerts keep problems with your team.
Is there a portal for visitors and families?
Yes. Families, vendors, and providers use the Visitor Portal in any phone browser to upload documents and credentials, answer questionnaires, sign up for events, message your team, and complete surveys.
Can visitors recognize staff?
Yes, when Staff Recognition is turned on. Visitors, residents, and families submit praise from the kiosk or the Visitor Portal. Your team approves each one, and approved praise notifies the employee and appears on the recognition wall and leaderboard.
How does the survey system work?
Build survey templates with multiple question types and assign them to facilities. Visitors get the survey at checkout. Responses include sentiment analysis, low scores can alert your team, and you can follow up with two-way messages. Export responses or resend surveys in bulk.
Healthcare, security & advanced workflows
Is ArrivSure HIPAA compliant?
ArrivSure is built for healthcare use. Data is encrypted in transit. Visitor photos, driver's-license images, credential documents, and staff messages are also encrypted at rest. Access is scoped by role and facility, and an append-only audit log records sign-ins, views, edits, and exports. Need a BAA? Talk to us about your organization.
What is CMS PBJ reporting?
The Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) is how skilled nursing facilities report staffing to CMS. ArrivSure turns agency and provider check-ins and checkouts into draft provider-hour entries, collects provider sign-off, flags gaps before export, and exports PBJ XML. Your team reviews the file and submits it to CMS.
Does ArrivSure have AI features?
Yes, where your organization turns them on. ArrivSure AI answers questions about your records (read-only, limited to the facilities each user can access), writes briefings and survey digests, drafts alerts, checks PBJ data before export, and pre-fills credential details. Staff review everything AI drafts before it's used.
Can ArrivSure screen vendors against federal exclusion lists?
Yes. Credentialing & Screening checks vendors and providers against the OIG LEIE exclusion list, matches NPI numbers against the CMS NPPES registry, and checks SAM.gov where enabled. Track certificates of insurance, immunizations, background checks, and licenses by vendor category, and choose what happens at the kiosk when something is missing or expired: off (track only), warn, or block check-in.
Can staff conduct patient assessments in ArrivSure?
Yes. Assessments & Rounds lets you build versioned assessment templates, schedule them on a recurring cadence, and give staff a daily queue on iPhone or the web, with completion tracking, overdue lists, and exports. The same engine runs employee surveys and public or email forms.
