Supportive & Residential Care

Visitor Management for Supportive & Residential Care

Welcome families, guardians, clinicians, vendors, and community partners with a workflow that respects the people you support—and gives responsible staff clearer records and current context.

Built for human environments

A clear front door that still feels like home.

Community-based residences can have a steady mix of familiar families, outside clinicians, guardians, case managers, transportation providers, maintenance teams, and first-time guests. ArrivSure gives each group the right arrival path without making the welcome feel institutional.

Every kind of arrival

A different workflow for each relationship

The right questions and actions depend on who is arriving. Define the workflow once, then apply it consistently while preserving local policy.

Families & guardians

Offer a familiar return path while still applying the residence’s current questions, policies, signatures, and visit details.

Clinicians & service providers

Collect purpose, responsible staff member, documents, credential status, and arrival or departure records around the services they provide.

Case managers & community partners

Route the arrival to the right person and maintain searchable visit history across authorized locations.

Vendors & contractors

Apply safety acknowledgements, screening questions, document requirements, possible-match review, and badges where appropriate.

Questions

Residential-care visitor management FAQ

Is ArrivSure only for nursing homes?

No. ArrivSure is a configurable visitor-operations platform. Senior-care workflows are one area of specialization, but visitor types, forms, documents, notifications, badges, and reporting can also be configured for group homes, supportive residences, behavioral-health settings, recovery programs, and other community-based environments.

Can each residence have different rules?

Yes. Each location can have its own branding, visitor categories, questions, documents, notification rules, badges, staff permissions, and reports while authorized organizational leaders retain cross-location visibility.

Can frequent family members check in more quickly?

Yes. Returning visitors can be recognized using supported identifiers so they do not have to re-enter the same information on every visit. The residence still controls which steps must be repeated or renewed.

Does this require a staffed lobby?

Not necessarily. A kiosk can guide the arrival while configured alerts route a visit or exception to the responsible staff member. The residence should still define its supervision, fallback, and physical-entry procedures.

Can ArrivSure verify guardianship or legal authority?

ArrivSure can collect configured documents, acknowledgements, dates, and review statuses. Authorized staff remain responsible for interpreting those records and determining legal sufficiency or access under residence policy.

Does the kiosk physically unlock the building?

No. ArrivSure manages the visitor workflow, records, badges, and staff alerts. Physical access depends on your doors and any separately reviewed integration; a completed check-in should not be treated as automatic permission to enter a secured area.

Can we see who is recorded as on-site during an emergency?

The dashboard and evacuation view provide a current roster of people recorded as on-site. Its accuracy depends on visitors and staff following the configured check-in and checkout process, and it supports rather than replaces the residence’s physical accountability procedure.
