The details before you deploy.
What do we need to have ready?
A spot at the front desk, power, and Wi-Fi. We’ll ask for your logo, visit purposes, screening questions, and who should get alerts. Remote onboarding and training are included, and your quote spells out the equipment, shipping, and billing start before you sign.
Is Managed Kiosk a different version of ArrivSure?
No. Every plan gets the same complete platform. Managed Kiosk only changes who supplies and manages the hardware.
Who owns the equipment?
ArrivSure owns the managed iPad, stand, and badge printer. At the end of the agreement, renew the service or return the equipment.
What does hardware support cover?
We troubleshoot remotely and replace covered equipment that fails. Loss, theft, abuse, accidental damage, and label refills aren’t covered.
Are badge labels included?
Each managed kiosk ships with ten rolls. After that, you buy refills as you need them.
Can we use hardware we already own?
Yes. Software Only is $249 per location per month on an iPad you supply, and we’ll check your iPad, stand, printer, and labels before you buy.
Can one location have more than one kiosk?
Yes. Package pricing includes one kiosk per location. We quote extra kiosks and entrances with your order.
