When ArrivSure customers use the platform for visitor management, ArrivSure may process visitor data on their behalf, including:

Photo (if enabled by the customer)
Visit purpose, check-in and check-out times
Digital signatures and form responses
Survey responses and feedback

Important: ArrivSure acts as a data processor for visitor information. Our customers are the data controllers and determine what data is collected, the legal basis for collection, and how it is used.

Usage data and interaction logs

3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS or text messages from ArrivSure, you consent to receive transactional or service-related messages such as alerts, notifications, confirmations, reminders, and support communications.

All categories of data described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

This information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share text messaging opt-in data and consent only with trusted telecommunications platform providers (such as Twilio) and mobile network carriers (such as Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile) solely for the purpose of delivering text messages or complying with legal, regulatory, or investigational requests related to messaging services.

8. HIPAA & Healthcare Data

ArrivSure is designed for use in healthcare and regulated environments. Where applicable, we follow HIPAA-aligned security practices, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available upon request, customers control what health-related information is collected, and ArrivSure does not use healthcare data for marketing or advertising.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

12. ArrivSure Kiosk App for iPad

This section applies to the ArrivSure visitor management kiosk application for iPad, available on the Apple App Store.

What We Collect

The App collects visitor information on behalf of the facility where it is deployed. What is collected depends on the facility's settings and may include:

Visitor details — Name, phone number, email, company, and visit purpose
Photos — Visitor photos for identification badges (via the device camera)
ID verification — Driver's license or government ID information, when required by the facility
Signatures — Electronic signatures on facility documents such as visitor agreements
Health screening — Responses to health-related questions, when enabled by the facility
Survey responses — Optional visitor feedback
Device diagnostics — Battery level, OS version, and app version for kiosk monitoring

How We Use It

All visitor data is collected and stored on behalf of the facility you are visiting. ArrivSure does not sell personal information to third parties. Data is transmitted securely over encrypted connections and retained according to the facility's data retention policies.

Device Permissions

Camera — For visitor badge photos and ID scanning
Bluetooth & Local Network — For connecting to label printers

Third-Party Services

The App does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or user tracking. The only third-party component is a printer SDK used for badge printing, which does not collect personal data.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use in commercial facilities and is not directed at children under 13.
